Mint Chutney/Dip/vibsk-02
Ingredients :

1. | Raw Mango | : | 1 medium size |
2. | Mint Leaves | : | 1 bunch |
3. | Green Chillies | : | As per taste |
4. | Salt | : | As per taste |
5. | Roasted Peanuts | : | 3 tsp (optional) |
Method :
- Wash and chop mint leaves.
- Peel raw mango (can use with peel also) and cut in small cubes.
- Roughly chop green chillies.
- Add peanuts.
- Add salt as per taste.
- Add little water.
- Grind mint leaves, raw mango, green chillies and peanuts to fine paste.
Enjoy Pudina Chutney with fritters (pakode), grilled fish, dahi-vade etc.
