Potato-Peanut Salad for Fasting/vibsk-39
Ingredients:

| 1. | Boiled Potatoes | : | 3-4 (cut in cubes) |
| 2. | Fresh Coriander Leaves | : | 1 small bowl |
| 3. | Grated Coconut | : | 1 small bowl |
| 4. | Rock Salt (sendha namak) | : | To taste |
| 5. | Green Chillies | : | 1 (finely chopped) |
| 6. | Roasted Cumin Powder | : | ¼ tsp |
| 7. | Groundnuts | : | 1 tbsp (soaked) |
| 8. | Groundnut Oil | : | 1 tsp |
| 9. | Lemon | : | ½ (optional) |
Method:
- In a big bowl put pieces of boiled potatoes, finely chopped coriander leaves, grated coconut, rock salt, finely chopped green chillies, roasted cumin powder, soaked groundnuts and groundnut oil and mix well.
- Squeeze ½ lemon and mix well.
- Potato-Peanut salad is ready.
Serve in Fasting.
