Naariyal Laddoo/vibsk-60

1. | Desiccated Coconut | : | 250 g |
2. | Khoa | : | 150 g |
3. | Powdered Sugar (Boora) | : | 150 g/To Taste |
4. | Almonds | : | 3-4 (thinly sliced) |
Method:
- Roast khoa on low flame.
- When khoa is roasted, add desiccated coconut and roast for 1 minute on low flame. Keep 1 bowl desiccated coconut for covering laddoos.
- Now, khoa and desiccated coconut are roasted. Let it cool down.
- When the mixture is slightly warm, add powdered sugar. Mix well and make small size
- NaariyalLaddoos are ready.
- Roll them on desiccated coconut and garnish with sliced almonds.
Serve Naariyal Laddoos on special occasions/festivals to your loved ones.
