Fresh Coriander-Mint Dip (For Fasting)/vibsk-38
Ingredients:

| 1. | Fresh Coriander Leaves | : | 1 bowl |
| 2. | Mint Leaves | : | 1 bowl |
| 3. | Almonds/Roasted Groundnuts | : | 10-12 |
| 4. | Dry Mango Powder | : | 1½ tsp |
| 5. | Green Chillies | : | 3-4 |
| 6. | Rock Salt (Sendha Namak) | : | To taste |
Method:
- Put fresh coriander leaves, mint leaves, almonds, dry mango powder, green chillies and rock salt in a blender.
- Add water and blend.
- Blend till texture becomes very fine.
- Dip is ready. Take it out of the jar in a bowl.
Serve it with Sabudana Vade / Fried Potatoes /Buck Wheat Flour Puries etc.
