Coconut Chutney/Dip/vibsk-62

 Ingredients:

 1. Raw Coconut : 1
 2. Green Chillies : 4-6
 3. Garlic Cloves : 6-8 (small)
 4. Ginger : 1″ piece
 5. Curry Leaves : 20-25
 6. Curd : 3-4 tsp
 7. Roasted Ground Nuts : 2 tbsp
 8. Mustard Seeds : 1 tsp
 9. Salt : To taste

Method:

  1. Cut green chillies coarsely.
  2. In a grinder, add coconut, green chillies, roasted ground nuts, garlic, ginger (cut in small pieces) & curry leaves (5-6).
  3. Add water & grind to make fine paste.
  4. Add salt & curd. Mix well.
  5. For tempering: Heat oil in a tempering pan & add mustard seeds & curry leaves.
  6. When fried, pour it over the chutney. Mix well.

Serve with Idli/Dosa/Vade/Uttapam/Cheela etc.
