Dry Fruit Milk Shake/vibsk–18

Ingredients :

1. Fennel Seeds : 1 tsp
2. Cashew Nuts : 7-8
3. Dry Dates : 5-6
4. Raisins : 25-30
5. Almonds : 14-15
6. Black Pepper : 6
7. Poppy Seeds (khaskhas) : 1 tsp (optional)
8. Milk : 3 ½ glasses

 Method :

  1. Soak  fennel seeds, Cashew Nuts, dry dates. Raisins, almonds, black  pepper, poppy seeds (khaskhas) for 4-5 hours.
  2. Deseed dates.
  3. Grind all soaked ingredients & make fine paste.
  4. Add this paste to milk & mix well.
  5. No need to add extra sugar as it has the sweet, content of dates & raisins. Still if you like you can add sugar.

Serve with breakfast or add ice & serve cold on hot summer afternoons.
