Scrambled Eggs with Pav/vibsk-31

1. | Eggs | : | 7 |
2. | Green Chillies | : | 2-3 (chopped) |
3. | Onion | : | 1 medium size (finely chopped) |
4. | Pav/Bread Slices | : | 6 |
5. | Butter | : | 2 tsb |
6. | Salt | : | To taste |
7. | Crushed Black Pepper | : | 3-4 pinch |
8. | Oil | : | 1 tbsp |
Method:
- For scrambled eggs, whisk the eggs.
- Add salt, beat again and keep aside.
- Heat the griddle or non-stick pan. Apply butter on pav and roast. Keep aside.
- On the same pan, heat oil on high flame.
- Add onions and stir. Add green chillies.
- Stir and cook till onions are soft. Bring flame to medium.
- Add the whisked eggs. Stir continuously till the mixture curdles and all moisture evaporates.
- Bring down the flame to lowest. Keep stirring and cook for 1 minute.
- Scrambled eggs is ready. Sprinkle crushed black pepper.
Serve hot with Pav.
