Rajasthani Red Chilli-Garlic Dip/vibsk-27

1. Red Chillies : 15-16
2. Garlic : 4 big cloves
3. Salt : To taste

Method:

  1. Cut red chillies roughly.
  2. Cut garlic cloves roughly.
  3. Add salt and pound to make coarse paste.
  4. When paste is ready take it out from mortar. You can also make this dip (chutney) in mixer.

Serve with roasted peanuts/momos/ parathas/lunch/dinner.
