1. | Red Chillies | : | 15-16 |
2. | Garlic | : | 4 big cloves |
3. | Salt | : | To taste |
Method:
- Cut red chillies roughly.
- Cut garlic cloves roughly.
- Add salt and pound to make coarse paste.
- When paste is ready take it out from mortar. You can also make this dip (chutney) in mixer.
Serve with roasted peanuts/momos/ parathas/lunch/dinner.
