Radish Dip/Mooli ka Raita/vibsk-28

1. | Radish | : | 1 medium size (grated) |
2. | Curd | : | 400 g |
3. | Green Chillies | : | 2-3 (chopped roughly) |
4. | Salt | : | To taste |
5 | Fresh Coriander Leaves | : | ½ small bunch (finely chopped) |
Method:
- Pound green chillies and coriander leaves with salt, in a mortar. (Salt makes it easy to crush chillies)
- When chillies and coriander leaves are crushed, add a little grated radish and pound again. When done, keep aside.
- Churn the curd to make it smooth.
- Then add crushed mix, grated radish and finely chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with breakfast/lunch/snacks.
