Radish Dip/Mooli ka Raita/vibsk-28

 Ingredients:

1. Radish : 1 medium size (grated)
2. Curd : 400 g
3. Green Chillies : 2-3 (chopped roughly)
4. Salt : To taste
5 Fresh Coriander Leaves : ½ small bunch (finely chopped)

Method:

  1. Pound green chillies and coriander leaves with salt, in a mortar. (Salt makes it easy to crush chillies)
  2. When chillies and coriander leaves are crushed, add a little grated radish and pound again. When done, keep aside.
  3. Churn the curd to make it smooth.
  4. Then add crushed mix, grated radish and finely chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with breakfast/lunch/snacks.
