Masala Danthal(Cauliflower stalks)/vibsk-66

1. | Cauliflower Stalks | : | 6-7 |
2. | Garam Masala | : | 1 tsp |
3. | Coriander Powder | : | 2 tsp |
4. | Asafoetida | : | 1 tsp |
5. | Turmeric Powder | : | 1 tsp |
6. | Red Chilli Powder | : | 1 & ½ tsp |
7. | Salt | : | To taste |
8. | Ginger-Garlic Paste | : | 4 tsp |
9. | Edible Oil | : | 2 tbsp |
Method:
- Heat oil in a wok & turn the flame to medium. Add ginger-garlic paste. Roast. When ginger garlic paste is roasted, add asafoetida, coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder & turmeric powder.
- Mix well & roast for few seconds. Then add cauliflower stalks.
- Mix well with masala. Add salt & mix well.
- Add a little water. Cover & cook on low flame till stalks are tender & mixed with masala. Stir time to time.
- When Stalks are tender, take the wok off the flame.
- Spicy cauliflower stalks are ready.
Serve hot with Lunch/Dinner.
