Leftover Khichadi Puri/vibsk-32

| 1. | Leftover Dalia Khichadi/Any Leftover Khichadi | : | 1 bowl |
| 2. | Fenugreek Leaves | : | 1 bowl (finely chopped) |
| 3. | Green Chillies | : | 2-3 (chopped) |
| 4. | Clarified Ghee | : | 2 tsp |
| 5. | Red Chilli Powder | : | 1 tsp |
| 6. | Turmeric Powder | : | 1 tsp |
| 7. | Coriander Powder | : | 1 tsp |
| 8. | Carom Seeds | : | ½ tsp |
| 9. | Whole Wheat Flour | : | 200 g approx. |
| 10. | Oil | : | For deep frying |
Method:
- To make puri from leftover khichadi (broken wheat and lentil/any khichadi): add fenugreek leaves, green chillies, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, carom seeds and clarified ghee in it. Mix well.
- Now, add whole wheat flour to it and make tight dough.
- Apply oil on rolling surface. Take a little dough and make a smooth dough ball.
- With rolling pin, roll it in a small circular disc. Roll 8-10 puries and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a wok. Turn the flame to medium high.
- Fry puries till golden brown on medium high flame.
Serve hot with Dip/Pickle /Tea.
