Fresh Coriander-Mint Dip (For Fasting)/vibsk-38

Ingredients:

1. Fresh Coriander Leaves : 1 bowl
2. Mint Leaves : 1 bowl
3. Almonds/Roasted Groundnuts : 10-12
4. Dry Mango Powder : 1½ tsp
5. Green Chillies : 3-4
6. Rock Salt (Sendha Namak) : To taste

 

Method:

  1. Put fresh coriander leaves, mint leaves, almonds, dry mango powder, green chillies and rock salt in a blender.
  2. Add water and blend.
  3. Blend till texture becomes very fine.
  4. Dip is ready. Take it out of the jar in a bowl.

Serve it with Sabudana Vade / Fried Potatoes /Buck Wheat Flour Puries etc.
