Egg Omelette Rolls/vibsk-74

 Ingredients:

Ingredients Quantity
1. Eggs : 3-4
2. Green Bell Pepper : 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
3. Yellow Bell Pepper : 2tbsp (finely chopped)
4. Red Bell Pepper : 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
5. Spring Onions : 2 tbsp
6. Grated Cheese : 1 tbsp
7. Milk : 2-3 tbsp
8. Black Pepper Powder : 1/4 tsp
9. Salt : To taste
10. Edible Oil : 2-3 tsp

Method:

  1. Add black Pepper & salt to eggs. Add milk & whisk the eggs thoroughly.
  2. Add yellow, red & green bell peppers. Add finely chopped spring onions. Whisk again to mix thoroughly.
  3. Heat non-stick shallow pan on medium flame. Brush oil on the pan.
  4. Pour a little egg mix on the pan & spread it all over the pan. Cook on low flame.
  5. Fold it. Brush oil again on the pan.
  6. Slide the egg back towards the edge of the pan.
  7. Pour a little more egg mix on pan & let it cook. Spread the cheese over it.
  8. Fold again. Brush oil on the pan & drag the omelette back again.
  9. Repeat the process till egg mix is finished.
  10. When egg omelette roll is done, take it off the flame.
  11. Egg Omelette Roll is ready. Cut in bite size.

Serve hot in breakfast.
