Dry Fruit Milk Shake/vibsk–18

Ingredients :

| 1. | Fennel Seeds | : | 1 tsp |
| 2. | Cashew Nuts | : | 7-8 |
| 3. | Dry Dates | : | 5-6 |
| 4. | Raisins | : | 25-30 |
| 5. | Almonds | : | 14-15 |
| 6. | Black Pepper | : | 6 |
| 7. | Poppy Seeds (khaskhas) | : | 1 tsp (optional) |
| 8. | Milk | : | 3 ½ glasses |
Method :
- Soak fennel seeds, Cashew Nuts, dry dates. Raisins, almonds, black pepper, poppy seeds (khaskhas) for 4-5 hours.
- Deseed dates.
- Grind all soaked ingredients & make fine paste.
- Add this paste to milk & mix well.
- No need to add extra sugar as it has the sweet, content of dates & raisins. Still if you like you can add sugar.
Serve with breakfast or add ice & serve cold on hot summer afternoons.
