Bitter Gourd Fry/vibsk-48

| 3. | Ginger-Garlic Paste | : | 2 tsp |
| 4. | Green Chillies | : | 2 |
| 5. | Salt | : | To taste |
| 6. | Mustard Oil | : | 1 tbsp |
Method:
- Cut the head and tail of the bitter gourds. Cut in round thin slices.
- Heat mustard oil in a pan. Add green chillies and ginger-garlic paste. Roast.
- When roasted, add onions. Roast.
- When onions are roasted, add bitter gourd slices to pan. Mix well.
- After mixing, cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes and then bring the flame to low.
- Cover and cook on low flame. When bitter gourd is cooked, remove the lid and stirring continuously, cook on high flame for 1 minute. Take it off the flame.
Serve Bitter Gourd Fry hot with Dal-Rice/Chapati/Khichadi/Paratha.
