Egg Omelette Rolls/vibsk-74
Ingredients:

| 1. | Eggs | : | 3-4 |
| 2. | Green Bell Pepper | : | 2 tbsp (finely chopped) |
| 3. | Yellow Bell Pepper | : | 2tbsp (finely chopped) |
| 4. | Red Bell Pepper | : | 2 tbsp (finely chopped) |
| 5. | Spring Onions | : | 2 tbsp |
| 6. | Grated Cheese | : | 1 tbsp |
| 7. | Milk | : | 2-3 tbsp |
| 8. | Black Pepper Powder | : | 1/4 tsp |
| 9. | Salt | : | To taste |
| 10. | Edible Oil | : | 2-3 tsp |
Method:
- Add black Pepper & salt to eggs. Add milk & whisk the eggs thoroughly.
- Add yellow, red & green bell peppers. Add finely chopped spring onions. Whisk again to mix thoroughly.
- Heat non-stick shallow pan on medium flame. Brush oil on the pan.
- Pour a little egg mix on the pan & spread it all over the pan. Cook on low flame.
- Fold it. Brush oil again on the pan.
- Slide the egg back towards the edge of the pan.
- Pour a little more egg mix on pan & let it cook. Spread the cheese over it.
- Fold again. Brush oil on the pan & drag the omelette back again.
- Repeat the process till egg mix is finished.
- When egg omelette roll is done, take it off the flame.
- Egg Omelette Roll is ready. Cut in bite size.
Serve hot in breakfast.
