Masala Danthal(Cauliflower stalks)/vibsk-66

Ingredients:

 1. Cauliflower Stalks : 6-7
 2. Garam Masala : 1 tsp
 3. Coriander Powder : 2 tsp
 4. Asafoetida : 1 tsp
 5. Turmeric Powder : 1 tsp
 6. Red Chilli Powder : 1 & ½ tsp
 7. Salt : To taste
 8. Ginger-Garlic Paste : 4 tsp
 9. Edible Oil : 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a wok & turn the flame to medium. Add ginger-garlic paste. Roast. When ginger garlic paste is roasted, add asafoetida, coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder & turmeric powder.
  2. Mix well & roast for few seconds. Then add cauliflower stalks.
  3. Mix well with masala. Add salt & mix well.
  4. Add a little water. Cover & cook on low flame till stalks are tender & mixed with masala. Stir time to time.
  5. When Stalks are tender, take the wok off the flame.
  6. Spicy cauliflower stalks are ready.

Serve hot with Lunch/Dinner.
