Makke Ki Roti/vibsk-63

 Ingredients:

 1. Corn Flour: Coarse in texture & yellow in Colour (Makki Ka atta) : ½ kg
 2. Luke Warm Water : To Knead
 3. Clarified Ghee/Butter : 2-3 tbsp

Method:

  1. To bind the flour add lukewarm water to corn flour little by little.
  2. Knead the flour till its smooth in texture.
  3. Cover it with wet muslin cloth & keep aside for 10 minutes.
  4. Before making chapattis/rotis knead again for 1 minute.
  5. Take tennis ball size dough & make smooth dough balls.
  6. With the help of rolling pin, make round disc shape chapattis of 3” diameter approx.
  7. Or can apply water on your palms & make round chapattis rolling the dough ball between your palms.
  8. Place the rolled chapatti on a heated griddle & roast from both sides.
  9. When roasted & cooked apply clarified ghee/butter on the chapattis.

Serve hot Makke Ki Roti topped with big dollop of butter & Sarson ka Saag.
