Pan Grilled Fish/vibsk-57

| 4. | Ginger-Garlic Paste | : | 4 tsp |
| 5. | Black Pepper Powder | : | 1 tsp |
| 6. | Salt | : | To taste |
| 7. | Turmeric Powder | : | 1 tsp |
| 8. | Red Chilli Powder | : | 1 & ½ tsp |
| 9. | Edible Oil | : | 2-3 tsp |
| 10. | Lemon | : | 1 |

| 1. | Green Chillies | : | For Salad |
| 2. | Onions | : | 2 |
| 3. | Tomatoes | : | 2 |
| 4. | Cucumber | : | 1 |
Method:
- In a bowl, take ginger-garlic paste and add coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, turmeric powder and salt. Mix well and keep aside.
- Squeeze 1 lemon juice on the seer fish pieces.
- Then, cover them with mixed masala.
- After covering with masala, keep it in refrigerator for 20 minutes to marinate.
- In the mean-while, cut cucumber, tomatoes, onions in round shape and green chillies in long pieces for salad.
- After 20 minutes, heat oil in a shallow pan. Bring down the flame to medium.
- Add fish pieces to the pan. After 1 minute, bring down the flame to low.
- When done on one side, flip and grill the other side too.
- When both sides are done, take them out of the pan.
- Grill all the fish pieces in the same way.
- In another pan, grill sliced onions and tomatoes a little bit.
Serve hot with grilled onions-tomatoes, cucumber, green chillies, lemon and mint dip.
