Bitter Gourd Fry/vibsk-48

 1. Bitter Gourd : 4-5
 2. Onions : 4 medium size
 3. Ginger-Garlic Paste : 2 tsp
 4. Green Chillies : 2
 5. Salt : To taste
 6. Mustard Oil : 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Cut the head and tail of the bitter gourds. Cut in round thin slices.
  2. Heat mustard oil in a pan. Add green chillies and ginger-garlic paste. Roast.
  3. When roasted, add onions. Roast.
  4. When onions are roasted, add bitter gourd slices to pan. Mix well.
  5. After mixing, cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes and then bring the flame to low.
  6. Cover and cook on low flame. When bitter gourd is cooked, remove the lid and stirring continuously, cook on high flame for 1 minute. Take it off the flame.

Serve Bitter Gourd Fry hot with Dal-Rice/Chapati/Khichadi/Paratha.
