Fenugreek Sprouts Fry/vibsk-47

 1. Sprouted Fenugreek (Ankurit Methi) : 5-6 bundles
 2. Grated Coconut : 3 tbsp
 3. Onion : 1 big (chopped)
 4. Green Chillies : 2
 5. Garlic : 3-4 (chopped)
 6. Red Chillie Powder : ½ tsp
 7. Turmeric Powder : ½ tsp
 8. Salt : To taste
 9. Oil : 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Remove the hard roots from the fenugreek sprouts. Chop it roughly. Keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped garlic and green chillies. Fry it.
  3. When garlic turns light brown, add onions and fry again.
  4. When onions are little soft, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder. Stir.
  5. Then add fenugreek sprouts. Mix well and cook on high flame for 2 minutes.
  6. Bring the flame to low and add grated coconut. Mix well.
  7. Add salt and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes on high flame. Stir continuously.
  8. Fenugreek sprout fry is ready. Transfer the sprouted fenugreek fry to serving bowl.

Serve hot with Chapati/Paratha.
