Fenugreek Sprouts Fry/vibsk-47

1. | Sprouted Fenugreek (Ankurit Methi) | : | 5-6 bundles |
2. | Grated Coconut | : | 3 tbsp |
3. | Onion | : | 1 big (chopped) |
4. | Green Chillies | : | 2 |
5. | Garlic | : | 3-4 (chopped) |
6. | Red Chillie Powder | : | ½ tsp |
7. | Turmeric Powder | : | ½ tsp |
8. | Salt | : | To taste |
9. | Oil | : | 1 tbsp |
Method:
- Remove the hard roots from the fenugreek sprouts. Chop it roughly. Keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and add chopped garlic and green chillies. Fry it.
- When garlic turns light brown, add onions and fry again.
- When onions are little soft, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder. Stir.
- Then add fenugreek sprouts. Mix well and cook on high flame for 2 minutes.
- Bring the flame to low and add grated coconut. Mix well.
- Add salt and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes on high flame. Stir continuously.
- Fenugreek sprout fry is ready. Transfer the sprouted fenugreek fry to serving bowl.
Serve hot with Chapati/Paratha.
