Sama Rice Upma For Fasting/vibsk-41
Ingredients:

| 1. | Sama Rice | : | 100 g (boiled) |
| 2. | Groundnuts | : | 50 g (roasted/soaked) |
| 3. | Tomatoes | : | 2 medium size (chopped) |
| 4. | Green Chillies | : | 2 (chopped) |
| 5. | Fresh Coriander | : | 2 tsp (for garnishing) |
| 6. | Curry Leaves | : | 10-12 |
| 7. | Groundnut Oil | : | 1 tbsp |
| 8. | Rock Salt (sendha namak) | : | To taste |
| 9. | Cumin Seeds | : | 1 tsp |
| 10. | Lemon | : | ½ (optional) |
Method:
- Heat oil in a wok and add cumin seeds.
- Add green chillies & curry leaves and roast it.
- Add tomatoes. Stir and cook. Add roasted groundnuts and cook.
- Add rock salt (sendha namak). Mix well.
- Add steamed sama rice to cooked mixture and mix it well.
- Bring down the flame to low, cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Upma is ready now. Put the flame to off.
- Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves. Squeeze in ½lemon (optional).
Sama Rice Upma for fasting is ready. Serve hot.
